Module 1 (FM-AC-201) Heating and Air Conditioning (72 hours)
This course is designed to present a working foundation of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump theory and application, plus a basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and reading of schematic wiring diagrams.
Module 2 (26111-17) Residential Electrical Services (38 hours)
Covers the electrical devices and wiring techniques common to residential construction and maintenance. Allows trainees to practice making service calculations. Stresses the applicable NEC® requirements.
Module 3 (270202-13) Roofing Applications (20 hours)
Describes how to properly prepare the roof deck and install roofing for residential and commercial buildings.
Module 4 (27204-13) Exterior Finishing (20 hours)
Covers the various types of exterior finish materials and their installation procedures, including wood, mental, vinyl, and fiber-cement siding.
